Meet Chamela she is the artist and owner of PIECES OF ME. She has been in and out of art for over ten years. She started out in high school taking art classes. She liked art but didn’t see it as a passion just yet. She did utilize it while teaching preschool by making bulletin boards eye catching enough to keep the children’s attention. She has done murals in church nurseries early in her career and most recently on Norfolk State Campus. Over the pandemic she got back into painting regularly and found her true passion. She started painting for her home and then her friends. She broadened her her vision and let the outside world in to enjoy her art being well received. She started off doing small paint and sips and which have grown into her doing events. Her take on Paint and Sips it to love what you create. It’s always going to be VIBE when you paint with me.
